Drink that Water

Stop everything! Right now go drink a cup of water! Go!

Okay… now… today’s post is about… DRINKING MORE WATER!!!

Yes, water is such a huge part of daily life and so many people are living their lives dehydrated. Water has so many benefits… helps you feel full, hydrates your skin, hair and nails, and helps with cravings!

I try to drink a gallon of water a day and stay away from any kind of sports drink, coffee or soda. I will drink tea though! (unsweetened)

Strive for drinking a half gallon a day and note the changes. Then slowly try to get to a gallon a day.

But be ready to go to the bathroom ALL THE TIME.
