I CAN DO A PULL- UP (actually: one than one!)

Hello friends!~ Today was the end of my challenges— 3 weeks to a pull- up and 100 squats, push-ups and sit-ups a day for 21 days. Read the post here.

So first, I did 100 push-ups, 100 sits-ups and 100 squats every day for 21 days! I feel awesome! This is something I think I will continue and put into my normal workouts. Also, this doesn’t take as much time as I thought and can be done anywhere! I’m happy I did this challenge— knowing it was 21 days kept me on track and held me accountable.

Secondly, I DID A PULL- UP. Actually, I did a bunch. I think I did about 20 in multiples of 5 this morning! I’m so proud of myself. I think I under-estimated myself! It was always an exercise that just seems intimidating… especially for women… why is that? Come on girls! Take this challenge and train for three weeks! One pull- up is just as much as a victory as 20! I encourage all my readers to take this on! It make me feel so strong and proud!

Here are some pics. The video wont upload, so you’ll have to take the pics as proof.
