Hi all! Hope your Tuesday is going well! I’m feeling sore today. I totaled it up from yesterday’s workout… I did 171 burpees total!!! Yowza! It was a great workout and I was a sweaty mess afterwards. BUT, I felt AMAZING! Love those burpees!
Today will be a quick run and leg day!
