Hi friends. Confession time: I used to be addicted to flavor drops.
Ugh. There. I said it.
It was bad. I was trying to drink over a gallon of water a day and to do so I felt like I needed the flavor drops to help me along. In fact, my desk drawer at work was filled with flavor drops. Almost every time I’d go to the grocery store, I’d pick up a new flavor. I had a problem! This was just a few months ago…
Now, I still try to drink a gallon of water a day… but I do it without the flavor drops. Why? Well I learned how crazy bad they were! Why would I want to put all those chemicals in my body!?!?!?
If you haven’t already… give them up now!
Here’s what I drink instead:
1. Plain cold water
2. Water with lemon or lime
3. Tea! Cold brewed, hot, green Etc. So many options!
