Day #101 of no cheats. Still feeling good. I was able to get up extra early to lift this morning and get an extra HITT workout in. I feel great! I have also set my milestone goals so I am ready!

My breakfast was fruit, eggs and these sriracha sweet potatoes from Cave Girl Eats. OMG they were so good!

Also, the BF and I are getting ready for our trip to Asheville, NC this weekend. We plan on doing lots of hiking in the mountains. Any suggestions on what we should see/ do?
